Job summary

SpeedPro Southlake is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to strengthen relationships with corporate clients and build new ones. You will manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, using our CRM to track activities and outcomes.

The role emphasizes lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and collaboration with management on sales initiatives. Some events and occasional off-hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of inside sales experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent communication and active listening.
• Ability to qualify leads and schedule client appointments.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads and advance them through the sales funnel.
• Develop lead lists and data mining to schedule client appointments.
• Support sales and marketing activities at events and meetings.
• Use CRM to track calls and meetings with prospects and customers.
• Manage the sales process from telemarketing to closing.
• Execute outreach with targeted scripts and reporting.
• Attend client meetings and may require occasional off-hours or weekends.
