IKG is a leading bar grating manufacturer seeking a Sales Support professional in Houston, TX. The role supports outside and inside sales for new and existing accounts, manages inquiries, and processes quotations and orders using ERP systems to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have solid computer skills, experience with order processing, shipping, and invoicing, and possess excellent customer service and communication abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, Oracle, and ERP systems.
• Experience with order entry, shipping, invoicing, and quote-to-cash processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency to achieve goals.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Provide outside and inside sales support to manage new and existing accounts.
• Handle incoming requests and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
• Contact customers via visits, phone, and email.
• Process quotations, orders, returns, credits, and invoicing in the ERP system.
• Act as point of contact for expediting orders and delivery commitments.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and product data.
