Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years in product, warehouse, or sales environments.
• Capable of lifting 75 lbs and moving more than 125 lbs using provided handling equipment.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting; experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company policies including safety and PPE use to ensure a secure environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners, fostering long-term relationships.
• Ensure all required paperwork is accurately completed, including coding, costing, and pricing.
• Identify best tools and procedures for customers; demonstrate equipment use to build confidence.
• Manage order entry and process transactions; assist with deposit reconciliation.
• Coordinate via phone, email, and in person with customers and team members about costs and delivery.
• Contribute to an outgoing call strategy to support branch growth.
• Coordinate transfer of merchandise between locations to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere and communicate with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
• Stock shelves and maintain showroom displays for excellent customer experience.
• Coordinate cylinder movement and pallet organization.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of essential products.
• Maintain accurate, timely records in line with safety and DOT guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support inventory and delivery goals.
