Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP, PROS, Google tools, and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to provide industrial, medical, and specialty gases and related supplies.
• Advise customers on tools, hardware and materials for projects; demonstrate equipment use.
• Manage order entry and process transactions; assist with deposits reconciliation.
• Coordinate costs, pricing, and delivery via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain showroom displays and stock shelves for a welcoming experience.
