Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and consultation to address inquiries, communicate product specifications, and help customers identify best solutions for their project needs.
• Provide fast, accurate quotes and manage pricing information and lead times.
• Manage accounts and pipeline via daily emails and phone calls to qualify leads and advance opportunities.
• Collaborate with support, account management, and business development teams to ensure seamless service and project delivery.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product developments and report key activities to leadership.
