• Remote Shipping Consultation: 15 to 30 minute phone/video consultations, gathering spend data and service pain points, presenting UPS solution comparisons.
• Account Onboarding & Activation: post-close onboarding, UPS account number setup, activation of pickups, 30-day post-launch check-in.
