Job summary

Jetson Home is seeking a hungry, smart sales professional to join our ground-floor team and help accelerate home electrification across North America. You will own the full sales cycle from qualification to close, targeting residential homeowners and small businesses.

This full-time role offers $100,000 per year with uncapped OTE and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, education support, parental leave top-up, equity, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2+ years selling home services or tech products to homeowners or small businesses.
• Proven track record of meeting or beating sales targets.
• Strong in CRM and sales sequencing to manage a large prospect volume.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to innovate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with closing skills.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, solar, or related tech is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and startup experience.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• HIS license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly new business targets from qualification to closing.
• Finalize heat pump system quotes and guide on upgrade options and rebates.
• Track KPIs daily and adjust outreach and pipeline strategy to meet targets.
• Prepare quotes and guide prospects through upgrade options and rebates.
