Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Phoenix, AZ. You will drive revenue by acquiring new accounts, upselling, and nurturing professional customer relationships, with duties crossing into yard and dispatch coordination.

The role requires office and field work (about 80% in office, 20% in the yard) and offers a schedule of Mon–Fri 8am–5pm with overtime eligibility. Weekly pay and quarterly performance bonuses accompany a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, logistics, or coordination.

Responsibilities

• Answer and document all incoming calls for rental needs and inquiries.
• Process rental reservations, schedules, quotes, and driver orders as needed.
• Assist walk-in customers, vendors, and job applicants politely and professionally.
• Help customers select equipment for their job to ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with yard and shop via two-way radio for equipment needs and loading/unloading.
• Review credit card rental files daily for accurate billing.
• Enter lost rentals, rate inquiries, and service calls into the counter logbook.
• Monitor open contracts and open credit card rentals for accuracy.
• Communicate leads to field sales for follow-up.
• Efficiently schedule and dispatch drivers/equipment to fulfill requests.
• Ensure all deliveries, pickups, and service calls meet timelines.
