Earle M. Jorgensen Company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to promote and maintain sales by handling leads, inquiries, and orders. You will manage customer relationships, coordinate with operations, and support the sales process for fabricated and non-fabricated steel products.

The role emphasizes developing new prospects, maintaining accounts, and meeting performance-based incentive targets. A base pay, quarterly incentives, and comprehensive benefits are included to support employees

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant Inside Sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, customer service, and metals industry.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain sales by originating and developing leads via phone or email.
• Handle incoming inquiries and process sales orders accurately.
• Maintain customer relationships and accounts to grow business opportunities.
• Develop sales strategies and action plans to assess buying potential.
• Coordinate with operations and Test Reports Department as needed.
• Enter and follow up on quotations; negotiate pricing within guidelines.
