We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to convert leads, manage inquiries, and grow repeat business while delivering excellent customer service. The role emphasizes listening and communication skills with an outgoing personality to build instant rapport and drive sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Inside sales experience required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Typing at least 50 WPM with 90% accuracy; a typing test will be conducted.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound/outbound sales calls.
• Qualify each call, build rapport, determine sales need and provide information on products/services.
• Attain conversion goals of lead to call and revenue.
• Sell residential pest control services and other services aligned with SOPs.
• Create service accounts for new customers.
• Collect credit card on auto-pay for all new accounts.
• Schedule inspections and/or quality control visits for sales inspectors and technicians.
• Navigate multiple programs, enter data real time, place orders, search accounts.
• Meet Monthly Development Plan goals.
• Enter lead information into databases accurately.
• Provide top-tier assistance to current customers with our one-call resolution guarantee.
