Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Halethorpe, MD.

You will prepare pricing proposals, support new sales opportunities, and provide product and technical information to outside sales reps to help generate sales in the utility market segment. The role emphasizes handling the full Order-to-Invoice cycle, ensuring timely orders, effective communication, and maintaining customer documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales support or related role.
• Experience in a target-driven sales environment preferred.
• Plumbing industry experience is a plus.
• Develop knowledge of sales techniques including prospecting, negotiation, persuasion, and closing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; PM experience is a plus.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed pricing proposals and quotations for products and services across varied projects.
• Support new sales opportunities by monitoring bids, researching projects, and prospecting efforts.
• Provide product and technical information to outside sales representatives to generate sales in the utility market segment.
• Develop and maintain customer documentation with product information and solution details.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams for communication, order fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Oversee and support the full Order-to-Invoice cycle, upholding quality standards and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
