WG&R is an employee-owned retailer in Northeast Wisconsin seeking a customer-focused sales associate to join our showroom team in Green Bay. You will engage with customers, identify needs, and guide them to suitable purchases while representing our world-class selling program.

Qualifications

• Experience connecting with customers in retail, hospitality, or any fast-paced, customer-facing role.
• Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (retail hours).
