Job summary

WG&R, Northeast Wisconsin's employee-owned furniture retailer, is seeking a part-time customer support and operations team member in Green Bay. You will welcome customers, answer calls, process payments, coordinate pickups, assist with loading merchandise, and maintain an organized showroom.

Flexibility to work evenings and most Saturdays (15-25 hours/week) is required. Starting at $16.50+ per hour depending on experience, with ESOP and 401k options and a family‑oriented culture.

• Dependable teamwork and good work ethic required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and connect them with the right team members.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with questions, payments, order updates, and general support.
• Coordinate customer pick ups, assist customers during pick up, and help load merchandise into vehicles.
• Receive, organize, move, and store inventory accurately.
• Assemble furniture and assist with maintaining a world‑class showroom.
