Job summary

WG&R Furniture is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate in Green Bay to provide accurate, efficient customer service from purchase through pickup. You will welcome customers, answer calls, process payments and order updates, and coordinate pickups.

You will also assist with loading merchandise, inventory handling, and showroom upkeep, while enjoying flexible scheduling that includes evenings and most Saturdays; the role offers ESOP and a supportive, family-like culture.

Purpose

Provide accurate, efficient customer support and operational excellence, ensuring every customer receives a WOW experience from purchase through pickup.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and connect them with the right team members
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with questions, payments, order updates, and general support
• Coordinate customer pick ups, assist customers during pick up, and help load merchandise into vehicles
• Receive, organize, move, and store inventory accurately
• Assemble furniture and assist with maintaining a world‑class showroom
