OneSource Distributors in Yuma, AZ is seeking a customer-focused Counter Sales professional to handle orders by phone and email, upsell products, and act as a liaison between customers and internal departments.

The role requires an AA or equivalent plus 2–4 years of related experience, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to read business materials. You will work in a combined office/warehouse environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree or two to four years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Ability to run and maintain projects
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from small groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
• Ability to perform math functions representative of the job such as; addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, and metric scales; computing rate, ratio, and percentages and to draw and interpret bar graphs; calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions

Responsabilidades

• Strive to meet customer expectations with each interaction
• Receives customer product orders by phone and email
• Solicits sale of new or additional products by phone and email
• Liaison between customer and OneSource departments such as credit purchasing, warehouse, outside sales, and management
• Identify pricing and reference points using catalog and catalog numbers
• Describe or demonstrate products using samples or catalogs and emphasize salable features
• Prepare and follow up quotations and estimates of prices, terms, and delivery
• Assist with purchasing materials and maintain records for business transactions
• Provide timely delivery estimates and handle invoicing and quotes
• Support Counter Sales and related departmental needs
