Turtle is hiring an Inside/Counter Sales Associate in Riverhead, NY. You will generate sales, quote products, and maintain strong customer relationships for electrical contractors and industrial buyers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding products and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver price quotations, bids, and proposals.

• Process sales orders, returns, and product exchanges.
• Provide technical product guidance on electrical equipment, components, and systems.
• Maintain and grow relationships with electrical contractors, OEMs, and industrial clients.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Support outside sales representatives by managing accounts and upselling opportunities.
• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service at the sales counter.
• Stay updated on new electrical products, codes, and industry trends.
