A&C Pest Management in East Meadow, NY is seeking an experienced Inside Sales representative to act as the primary contact for customers, drive sales, and close service agreements in a fast-paced pest control office.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in sales, 3–4 years of stable work history, and strong phone presence with CRM experience. Compensation includes $21.00/hour plus commission and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• 3–4 years of stable work history.
• Pest control or related industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a sales and customer service capacity.
• Identify customer needs and present pest control solutions.
• Close sales and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Follow up on prior quotes and verify completion of agreements.
• Prepare and send proposals using the company CRM.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Review and reconcile sales reports for accuracy.
• Proactively source new sales opportunities.
• Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and service excellence.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
