Job summary

Global Aviation Co. (GAC) in Norcross, GA, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue for commercial aircraft parts across North America. You will work daily with Airlines, MROs, OEMs and sales leadership to grow and qualify opportunities.

Base salary ranges $50,000–$70,000 with a performance bonus; total comp commonly exceeds $85,000 depending on results. A clear path to Outside Sales/Account Management is outlined and in-house training is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years in sales, inside sales, customer service, or commercial support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Interest in commercial aviation and long-term sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage high-volume RFQs and quotations.
• Liaise with customers and vendors to secure pricing and lead times.
• Use automation tools and internal systems to monitor processes.
• Support Regional Sales Managers and the Director of Sales on key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities within assigned customer base.
• Manage follow-ups, order flow, and customer communication end-to-end.
• Work in a fast-paced aftermarket environment with accuracy and speed.
