Master Halco, a leading fence and deck products supplier, seeks an Inside Sales Associate to service contractors, distributors, and retailers from our Memphis branch. You’ll conduct discovery calls, generate orders on delivery routes, and collaborate with sales and operations to hit targets.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service or sales, strong phone and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent phone and customer-facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with outside sales to expand products and customer base.
• Take inbound calls and emails to process quotes and orders promptly.
• Provide post-sale support and consult with clients.
• Prepare job order quotations based on customer requests.
• Communicate with customers from order to shipment.
