Qualifications

• High school graduate; some college preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with standard software tools.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and via email and text.
• Conduct discovery conversations to identify products and services that grow customer business.
• Process quotes, orders, shipments, and coordinate pickup or delivery.
