United Rentals, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to join our Augusta, GA team as a key customer contact and consultant. You will quote, sell and fulfill orders for equipment and services based on customer needs, helping drive branch growth.

You will establish new rental and sales accounts, negotiate prices, dispatch deliveries, generate leads, and maintain a well-stocked showroom while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts.
• Establish new rental and sales accounts with walk-in and call-in customers.
• Negotiate prices on rentals and supplies per pricing policies.
• Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer expectations.
• Generate leads and communicate with Outside Sales Representatives.
• Maintain a clean, presentable showroom and assist customers.
