Connect with homeowners who bought from Joyce, uncover next needs, and turn conversations into qualified in-home appointments.

The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to secure appointments or referrals while preserving customer trust.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or customer re-engagement.
• Strong consultative sales and persuasion skills including uncovering needs and handling objections.
• Ability to ask for appointments and referrals and guide conversations toward a next step.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call previous customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Use consultative questions to uncover home improvement needs across product lines.
• Explain value of Joyce’s products, address objections, and secure qualified in-home appointments.
• Ask for referrals and record referral information in the CRM.
• Conduct outreach through text and email campaigns and follow up with customers.
