Joyce Factory Direct in Cleveland is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Training Manager to lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development of In-Home Sales Consultants and Sales Managers across Joyce markets. This role is not merely classroom training; we are looking for a proven home improvement sales professional with the ability to transfer knowledge to others.

You’ll mentor and resource the sales organization, helping new consultants gain confidence and skills while challenging

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful in-home sales experience in windows, baths, sunrooms, siding, roofing, or closely related home improvement products.
• Proven track record of success in high-ticket, in-home sales and a strong understanding of the complete sales process.
• Experience training, coaching, and developing sales professionals; leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to earn trust and respect of new and experienced representatives as a credible resource.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt coaching to different personalities.
• Willingness to travel regularly across operating markets.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and sales training for In-Home Sales Consultants to build knowledge and confidence.
• Provide ongoing training for new and tenured consultants and support Sales Managers.
• Train on Joyce sales process, product knowledge, presentations, objections, closing, and follow-up.
• Deliver classroom, virtual training, role-plays, coaching, and field training.
• Identify performance gaps and partner with leadership to improve sales results.
• Reinforce standard processes and best practices across markets.
• Serve as go-to sales resource and mentor for tricky scenarios and coaching.
