Transport Enterprise Leasing LLC (TEL) is hiring an Inside Sales - Owner Operator Leasing Representative in Chattanooga, TN. You will source leads, build rapport with potential customers, and convert opportunities into leases while representing TEL’s Owner Operator services.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with drivers and fleets, leveraging CRM/ERP tools and industry events to drive growth; travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of commercial truck sales experience.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, Karmak).
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Position and sell TEL to owner operator market.
• Support TEL’s marketing to expand brand recognition.
• Source and engage new leads at industry events.
• Achieve KPIs for new lease originations and lead generation.
• Develop industry expertise and share trends with the team.
