Qualifications

• 2+ years in office management or related administrative leadership role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily administrative/inside sales tasks to support company goals.
• Process customer sales/service records for accuracy and completion.
• Follow office policies and procedures as outlined in the employee manual.
• Maintain office efficiency, cleanliness, and stocked supplies.
• Communicate with customers in person and by phone to answer questions and provide estimates.
• Collaborate with sales consultants to advance the sales process.
