Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or preferred.
• Customer service experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with industrial customers to provide outstanding customer service for the products and services offered.
• Accurately quote prices and perform order entry and verification within 24 hours of receipt.
• Coordinate expediting of customer orders with plant scheduling and resolve complaints promptly.
• Process invoices and ensure accounts are paid within established terms.
• Support budgeting and monthly forecasting by analyzing customer trends and demand.
