Johnson Matthey Plc in the United States seeks a Customer Service Representative to support inside sales of precious metal products and Nitinol, handling quotations, order entry, lead times, and change notices with accuracy.

You will act as a liaison between JM business units and customers, drive revenue and account development, identify opportunities, quote prices, process orders and invoices within 24 hours, and coordinate nonstandard quotes.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between Johnson Matthey and customers to meet needs.
• Assist revenue growth, account development and product/service implementation.
• Obtain, communicate, and identify opportunities and customer needs.
• Interact daily with industrial customers via phone/email for JM services.
• Coordinate expediting of orders and respond to quotes within 24 hours.
• Coordinate nonstandard quotes through cost estimation processes.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to improve relations.
• Monitor customer metal balances and support forecasting and S&OP.
• Support budgeting and information flow for customer trends.
