Job summary

Foley Power Solutions in Kansas seeks an Inside Sales Rep to proactively prospect targeted accounts and qualify leads for Foley’s equipment lines. You will document activities in CRM, gather customer data, and support outside sales with timely handoffs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales, strong communication, and willingness to drive. GED or higher and teamwork mindset are required; associate/bachelor degree is a plus. Travel for training and support across locations is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience.
• Proficient with computer systems and CRM.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone & customer relations.
• Willingness to drive; valid driver’s license required.
• High School diploma or GED; associate/bachelor degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact current and prospective customers; document in CRM.
• Qualify leads and determine if they need outside sales follow-up.
• Update account information; collect customer emails.
• Manage customer profiles and equipment lists in CRM.
• Provide product information brochures to influence buying decisions.
• Follow up on telemarketing leads; travel for training when needed.
• Collaborate with sales reps to identify urgent leads and opportunities.
