Job summary

Relay Payments is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead the Commercial Team (T3) in scaling and driving net-new business across Relay’s fintech products for trucking and logistics. You will coach a 10-person Account Executive team, optimize the sales process, and forecast performance to meet aggressive targets.

In this hybrid role, you will manage coaching, recruitment, and development, while ensuring strong pipeline health and timely closes in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an outbound-focused account executive role with a healthy pipeline and closing activity.
• At least 1 year leading or coaching a sales team.
• Comfort with 30–45 day sales cycles and closing 10–15 deals per month.

Responsibilities

• Lead the direction and day-to-day strategy across a team of 10 Account Executives.
• Drive success across all phases of the sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
• Run weekly team meetings and 1:1 sessions with reps.
• Own coaching and development for your team members.
• Manage performance and set daily standards for your team.
• Own your team’s numbers and weekly forecasting.
• Recruit and hire talented new team members to join Relay.
• Hybrid in-office requirement: in Cobb-Galleria office three days per week.
