Master Halco is seeking an Inside Sales Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead the inside sales team, drive branch growth, and implement effective sales strategies. The role combines leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and outstanding customer service.

You will oversee associates, train new hires, and strive to meet ambitious sales goals while leveraging Master Halco’s extensive product line and market position.
