Qualifications

• Essential leadership in team building, sales, and relationship building skills.
• Proven success in sales and sales leadership.
• Excellent computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, ERP system experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the inside sales team to achieve branch and company sales growth goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of quotes, orders and other sales activities.
• Lead new product sales and new programs to achieve growth goals.
• Maintain elevated customer service using The Master Halco Way.
