Job summary

Mural Group is partnering with a fast-growing performance cycling brand to hire its first Inside Sales Manager in Santa Monica, CA. You will own the dealer network operations, including CRM, onboarding workflows, ordering processes, and dashboards, while supporting the field team daily.

The role requires 5+ years in sales with 3+ years in sales ops or channel ops, and a strong background in B2B dealer networks. In-office, LA-based, five days a week.

Qualifications

• CRM ownership at builder level (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• 5+ years in sales; 3+ years in sales ops, channel ops, or business operations.
• B2B dealer or distributor channel experience.
• Cycling, outdoor, or sporting goods background is a plus.
• Based in LA; 5 days per week in-office in Santa Monica.

Responsibilities

• Owns the operational backbone of the dealer network (CRM, onboarding workflows, ordering processes).
• Builds and maintains sales dashboards; provides daily support for the field team.
• Coordinate dealer onboarding from first contact through contract, portal access, product training, and first order.
• Keeps backorders and dealer inquiries under control; maintains pricing assets and order forms.
