Job summary

X-LAB, the U.S. dealer-focused unit of XDS, is hiring an Inside Sales Manager in Santa Monica to build the operational backbone of our national dealer network.

You will work with sales, customer support, logistics, marketing, and e-commerce teams to streamline operations and improve dealer experience. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales with 3+ in sales operations, strong CRM and reporting skills, and a track record of building processes in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales with at least 3 years in a sales operations or business operations role.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM systems, ensuring dealer information, pipeline status, and sales activities are up to date.
• Build and maintain dealer onboarding, ordering/fulfillment workflows, and dealer resources.
• Provide daily operational support to field sales, including orders, inquiries, and backorder coordination.
• Create sales performance dashboards tracking activity, dealer growth, and team metrics.
• Support dealer events with POP materials, demo bikes, and logistics.
