STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to own the customer lifecycle, from inquiries to delivery assurance, and to lead the customer service team.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate insights into actions that improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.

You will partner with operations and sales to ensure accurate quotes, timely delivery, and smooth customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of college and/or 5+ years of relevant work experience in customer service management.
• Experience within manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full customer lifecycle from inquiries to delivery assurance.
• Lead the customer service team and coordinate with internal operations.
• Monitor sales and service metrics and report to senior leadership.
• Drive quotes preparation, pricing, and order fulfillment processes.
• Represent the organization at customer visits and meetings.

STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a Inside Sales Manager to join the team. This position is responsible for the full customer lifecycle, from handling critical inquiries to ensuring delivery assurance. This position manages the customer service team, serving as the primary bridge between internal operations and external customers. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales and service performance metrics, guiding the customer service team, and managing the complete sales administration process. Success in this role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to connect cross‑functional insights to drive customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Customer Service Team

• Coordinates response to customer inquiries about status of their order.
• Assists with integration of the following functions in preparing quotes on LTA/'s; estimating, purchasing, quality, and customer engineering.
• Offer 100% support to team and provide direction in troubling situations.
• Present relevant metrics to senior staff meetings
• Support Customer Visits, communicate vision for organization as well as other customer requests
• Must be able to stand in at Senior Staff meetings; be present for any Customer visit; be able to show confidence when presenting in front of large groups.
• Updating department Metrics on a weekly/monthly basis.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Directly supervises Customer Service professionals
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work
• Appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Consistently, regularly, and predictably at work and on time.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

2-4 years of college and or 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a Customer Service Management role in manufacturing.
