Qualifications

• 4+ years leading and growing an inside sales team.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to travel to attend a minimum of 4 markets per year.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ongoing performance management programs with clear KPIs and accountability.
• Analyze territories and account assignments to maximize revenue growth.
• Provide hands-on sales coaching through sessions and feedback.
• Conduct workload and call-volume analysis to improve productivity.
• Track and report KPIs including revenue, pipeline, and outreach activity.
• Partner with leadership to align territories with market opportunities.
• Lead onboarding for new hires and ensure mastery of sales tools and processes.
• Leverage Salesforce and reporting tools to monitor performance and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to meet hiring targets.
• Maintain standardized operating procedures for sales execution and workflows.
• Serve as escalation point for customer/operational challenges.
• Strengthen cross-department collaboration with marketing, customer service, ops, and product.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture and professional development.
