Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and by email or text.
• Conduct discovery conversations with existing and prospective customers to identify products and services.
• Process quotes and orders, arrange pickup or delivery, and respond to customer needs.
• Support Outside Sales Associate and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Maintain product knowledge and follow SOPs to ensure high-quality service.
