Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Commercial Distribution Sales Specialist (Inside Sales) in Omaha to sell and bid on commercial food service equipment, promote design and consultation services, and manage projects from lead to installation.

Responsibilities include gathering client requirements, reviewing drawings, coordinating bids, and ensuring on-time delivery. Travel and occasional evenings are required; CAD/Rivet experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or construction management preferred.
Experience with CAD or Rivet for reading drawings, including electrical and mechanical details preferred.

Responsibilities

Follow up on leads from sales team; gather information on needs, budget and timeline.
Review drawings and contracts to ensure accuracy with final purchase agreements.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies; provide feedback to management.
Coordinate with internal teams to assist with bidding; help design team with drawings for contracts.
Manage project activities to stay on time and within budget; convey terms to accounts receivable.
Collaborate with Project Manager, service and logistics to stage projects and deliver equipment.
Address delivery or product issues with service departments and factories; provide field support.
Assist with measurements at job sites for new construction and remodeling projects.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all products in collaboration with multiple departments.
