Job summary

Carrier is seeking an undergraduate intern to work with the East Region’s Automated Logic Field (ALF) team. You will observe and contribute to sales operations, data quality initiatives, and the development of standard proposals.

The role emphasizes learning about sales, engineering, project management and field operations while building a potential pipeline for future hires after graduation. This is a hands-on, developmental position requiring a 3.0+ GPA and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering or Construction field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher required.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• CRM experience is preferred.
• Strong writing, communication and presentation skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Learn and develop new standards and processes for enhanced productivity with the Regional Sales Leader and Sales Operations.
• Assist leadership in developing a standard proposal template and access to it.
• Participate in ALC leadership teaming events and help implement action items.
• Assist in Salesforce data quality cleanup to improve CRM data integrity.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies for Automated Logic Field (ALCF) and help implement them.
• Other projects to be determined as needs arise.

Role Purpose

• Exposure to the Automated Logic Field Organization in the East Region
• Understand the basic roles of sales, engineering, project management, field engineer, etc.
• Develop a possible pipeline for new hires after undergrad degree is achieved.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering or Construction field.

• Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher

• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

• Experience working with a Customer Resource Management tool (CRM)
• Ability to create and manage projects with minimal supervision
