Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a candidate in New Jersey to assist the Regional Sales Leader and Sales Operations in standardizing proposals and maintaining Salesforce data quality. You will gain exposure to the Automated Logic Field organization in the East Region, learning about sales, engineering, project management, and field engineering roles.

The role emphasizes collaboration, CRM usage, and project-driven work with opportunities to develop a pipeline after undergrad.

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering or Construction field.
• Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Experience working with a CRM is preferred
• Strong writing, communication & presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Work with the Regional Sales Leader and the Sales Operations team to learn and develop new standards and processes for enhanced productivity.
• Assist sales leadership with developing and accessing a standard proposal template.
• Participate in ALC leadership teaming events to assist with implementing action items.
• Assist in Salesforce data quality cleanup
• Assist in developing marketing strategies for Automated Logic Field (ALCF) and helping implement them.
• Other projects to be determined.

Role Responsibilities

• Work with the Regional Sales Leader and the Sales Operations team to learn and develop new standards and processes for enhanced productivity.

Role Purpose

• Exposure to the Automated Logic Field Organization in the East Region
• Understand the basic roles of sales, engineering, project management, field engineer, etc.
• Develop a possible pipeline for new hires after undergrad degree is achieved.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering or Construction field.
• Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with a Customer Resource Management tool (CRM)
• Ability to create and manage projects with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated to complete assigned projects
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent writing, communication & presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $43,500.00 - $87,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

Thisposition may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
