Job summary

Altana Pharma Deutschland S.L. (Nycomed Germany Holding GmbH) is seeking a Manager of Customer Service & Inside Sales to lead the Schenectady team handling quotations and sales orders for domestic and international customers.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders while driving process improvements and reporting. The role emphasizes coaching, SAP proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective order processing and customer satisfaction at a key site in

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications majors preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Certification: CFR 49 / IATA / IMDG certification or able to obtain within 12 months.
• Previous Export experience a plus.
• Proficiency in word-processing and spreadsheet applications (MS Word & Excel) preferred.

Your responsibilities

The Manager, Customer Service & Inside Sales leads local team of dedicated Customer Account Specialists supporting quotations and sales orders for both domestic and international customers. Serves as key contact and escalation point for both internal and external customers. Cross-functional communication and collaboration are key to success for this role.
