Parts ASAP in Hendricks, MN is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to handle customer-initiated calls, research inventory, source non-stocked items from vendors, and close sales to hit monthly targets. The role pays $18.00/hour plus uncapped commission, with a Monday–Friday onsite schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and location in Hendricks, MN.

Ideal candidates have strong phone and keyboard skills, proficient Excel/Word, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships through timely

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Professional phone skills and keyboarding.
• Ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer requests for pricing and availability.
• Acknowledge and respond to all customer emails within 30 minutes to 1 hour.
• Enter quotes and invoices into the company's invoicing system.
• Prepare and supply customers with freight quotes and invoices.
• Locate alternative products from approved vendors when items aren't in stock.
• Take ownership of issues, keeping customers informed through resolution.
• Log all customer interactions via email, text, phone, or in person.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on open quotes and assigned accounts.
• Review and follow up with dormant customers as needed.
• Build repeat business through strong relationship management and quote follow-up.
• Make outbound calls to previous customers to generate new leads.
• Help keep price lists and catalogs updated.
