Job summary

twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a Parts Sales Representative for a desk-based role with a steady flow of about 40 requests per day. You will support customers with replacement parts, spare parts packages, and service solutions throughout the lifecycle of their equipment, primarily via phone and email.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in parts sales, are proficient with CRM and ERP systems, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills to manage high volumes while delivering

Qualifications

• 2+ years of parts sales experience required.
• Proficiency with CRM & ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for parts and service inquiries
• Respond to customer phone calls and emails regarding replacement parts, spare parts, and service solutions
• Research and identify the correct parts using ERP systems, product documentation, and internal resources
• Prepare and deliver quotations and follow up with customers
• Maintain accurate customer records and activities in the CRM
• Collaborate with other departments to support customer needs
• Maintain knowledge of the company’s products and services
• 2+ years of parts sales experience required
