Location: Remote

Are you passionate about getting the world out on the water? Do you have strong knowledge of loans, specifically marine loans? Are you able to develop strong relationships with customers, brokers, and dealers while focusing on gaining new business? Then we want you to join our team as our newest Inside Sales Manager! In this role, you will be responsible for generating and closing new business, working with individual customers through the complete lending process. A Loan Sales Representative maximizes conversion of loan approvals into funded loans using persuasive sales skills. You will oversee and coordinate the loan closing/funding process, requiring excellent communication, sales skills, and a solid understanding of loan products and services.

What you will do:
  1. Sales: Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue goals.
  2. Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of all loan products and services for efficient processing.
  3. Cross-sell: Educate customers about additional products and refer to other business units to deepen relationships.
  4. Communication: Discuss loan approvals, interest rates, terms, and conditions with customers; collaborate with underwriters and other professionals.
  5. Compliance: Ensure loans comply with regulations and policies; stay updated on industry standards.
  6. Documentation: Process and file loan closing documentation accurately; maintain records for audits.
  7. Problem-Solving: Address issues affecting loan approval/funding, working with applicants and staff to resolve them.
  8. Customer Service: Guide borrowers through the loan process, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
  9. Record Keeping: Update Loan Origination System(s) with complete and accurate information.
What you should have:
  1. Experience in sales of financial services, especially loan products.
  2. Understanding of financial products, loan terms, and regulations.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  5. Goal-oriented with a drive to meet sales targets.
  6. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work independently and in a team.
  8. Experience in RV / Marine loan sales with demonstrated success.
