Are you passionate about getting the world out on the water? Do you have strong knowledge of loans, specifically marine loans? Are you able to develop strong relationships with customers, brokers, and dealers while focusing on gaining new business? Then we want you to join our team as our newest Inside Sales Manager! In this role, you will be responsible for generating and closing new business, working with individual customers through the complete lending process. A Loan Sales Representative maximizes conversion of loan approvals into funded loans using persuasive sales skills. You will oversee and coordinate the loan closing/funding process, requiring excellent communication, sales skills, and a solid understanding of loan products and services.
