A leading company in waste management seeks an Inside Sales Executive to drive revenue through consultative selling to small and medium businesses. This fully remote position requires strong negotiation skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to generate leads. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma and relevant experience, along with proficiency in using CRM and MS Office Suite.
This role is remote and not required to be in the office, however this position is required that the candidate lives within 50 miles of the Phoenix business unit.
I. Job Summary
The Inside Sales Executive (ISE) is responsible for generating revenue utilizing a consultative selling approach in the sale of WM services to small/medium business segment customers of medium complexity. The ISE works through cold calling campaigns, lead source generation and referrals. While responsible for acting on warm leads, the ISE is primarily responsible for generating his/her own sales leads and prospects. A successful ISE consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales activity goals as well as establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Searches for potential small/medium business segment customers to develop new business for WM
Negotiates and closes sales by effectively communicating WM's value proposition and unique differentiation to reach mutually beneficial sales agreements
Conducts post-sale administrative work to ensure product/service implementation is successful

Normal setting for this job is: office setting.
The expected pay for this position across the U.S. is $70,000 - $75,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
