Job summary

BASWA acoustic North America, LLC is seeking a Contractor Sales Manager to own inside sales for our Certified Installer network and bidding contractor base from Mantua, Ohio. You will manage the pipeline, perform takeoffs, and drive quotes to close.

You will work with the Sales Director and team to grow relationships, ensure timely submissions, and coordinate with technical and warehouse staff. This in-office role demands strong communication and CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the AEC industry (building products, finishes, or similar).
• Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff is required.
• Demonstrated inside sales or contractor-facing sales experience with a track record of moving projects to close.
• Strong CRM discipline in any modern tool.
• Understanding of construction timelines, bid process, and submittal workflow.
• Based in Northeast Ohio; in-office role in Mantua, Ohio.
• Bonus: acoustical products or related contractor-facing categories.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Certified Installers and bidding contractors.
• Manage projects through CRM toward closed/won status with disciplined follow-up.
• Complete takeoffs in On-Screen Takeoff reflecting full build for accurate quotes.
• Assemble and send submittals and technical documentation.
• Negotiate final terms of sale with Sales Director; process orders in accounting system.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and warehouse teams; identify new target contractors and installers.
