Job summary

Catalyst Acoustics Holdings in Agawam, MA is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead end-to-end acoustical projects from submittals to installation. You’ll guide estimators, oversee takeoffs and pricing, and coordinate across design, production, and procurement teams.

The role reports to Inside Sales Manager and requires strong planning, communication, and cost-analysis skills to ensure on-time delivery within contract scope and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture or related field.
• PM experience with full project lifecycle.
• Experience leading estimators and coordinating with channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal estimating team and manage takeoffs, pricing, and proposals.
• Prepare detailed project schedules and coordinate with production and purchasing.
• Provide accurate cost analyses and align estimates with contract scope.
• Communicate project status with stakeholders and produce weekly/monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards in acoustics projects.
