We combine peer support, coaching, education, and convenient home delivery of medical supplies to help individuals address their chronic conditions effectively.

As an Inside Sales & Enrollment Specialist at Better Health, you’ll play a hybrid role at the intersection of sales, service, and healthcare operations. You’ll engage directly with cold leads, patients, and providers to drive enrollment, manage referrals, and ensure a seamless customer journey from first call to delivery of care.

What you'll do:
  1. Proactively engage potential patients through outbound calls on a dialer, answering questions, building trust, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
  2. Understand and respond to patient needs, providing tailored solutions that highlight Better Health’s unique value.
  3. Serve as a key point of contact for patients and providers, managing referrals and ensuring a smooth experience throughout (think Case Coordinator).
  4. Resolve issues cross-functionally, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and a positive care experience.
  5. Track tasks and follow-ups using ticketing systems and manual processes, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.
  6. Continuously improve outreach and operational strategies by analyzing performance data and learning from every interaction.
You're a great fit if you:
  1. Have 1–3 years of experience in outbound or consultative sales and patient-facing healthcare roles.
  2. Are confident in navigating challenging conversations and skilled at overcoming objections with empathy and clarity.
  3. Have worked in a healthcare or DME setting, and have experience with medical referrals, supplies, or provider coordination.
  4. Are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and can flex between roles as needed.
  5. Can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball, and bring a five-star service mindset to everything you do.
  6. Are tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Suite, Slack, ticketing systems, and insurance workflows.
  7. Bonus: You speak Spanish fluently—a huge plus in supporting our diverse patient base.
