Job summary

RMB Products in Fountain, CO is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth by managing relationships with prospective and existing accounts. Based in the office with 10% travel, you will own inbound and outbound sales support, pipeline management, and cross-functional coordination between engineering, sales, and production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Polymer Science or related fields or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of inside sales, sales support, engineer, or military experience required.
• Manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductor, or technical industries experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and timely process incoming RFQs and leads.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to gather scope information for opportunities and quotations.
• Submit quotations and proactively follow-up to track status.
• Bridge communication between teams to ensure alignment of customer requirements through order fulfillment.
• Maintain and record all sales activities, including pipeline, opportunity status, and KPIs.
