You will coordinate with manufacturers for pricing and delivery, provide technical support for power quality, precision cooling, and electronic components, and maintain CRM records to track opportunities and orders.

Qualifications

Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills with experience managing customer inquiries and opportunities.
Background in Sales Engineering and Quotations, including reviewing specifications and creating detailed proposals.
Ability to provide Technical Support related to power quality, precision cooling, or electronic components.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office (especially Excel), and standard business software tools.

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage quotations, respond to customer inquiries, and support the external sales team with technical and commercial information.
Review specifications and drawings, select appropriate products, and coordinate with manufacturers for pricing and delivery details.
Provide technical support to customers and assist in solution design for power quality, precision cooling, and electronic component applications.
Maintain detailed records in CRM and other sales tools; follow up on opportunities and support order processing.
