Role Description

The Inside Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Pittsburgh Pa. This role is responsible for preparing and managing quotations, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting the external sales team with technical and commercial information. Daily activities include reviewing specifications and drawings, selecting appropriate products, and coordinating with manufacturers to ensure accurate pricing and delivery details. The Inside Sales Engineer will provide technical support to customers, assist in solution design for power quality, precision cooling, and electronic component applications, and maintain detailed records in CRM and other sales tools. The role also involves following up on opportunities, supporting order processing, and contributing to ongoing customer relationship management.
